The TWECO 1450-1030 is a steel wound conduit liner engineered for use with steel welding wires in robotic MIG welding systems. It guides the wire smoothly from the feeder through the gun cable, reducing friction and preventing wire buckling during high-cycle robotic operation. Built from steel wound construction, this liner is suited for the demands of automated welding environments where consistent wire feed is critical to weld quality and uptime. Licensed welding technicians and robotic cell integrators install this liner as a routine maintenance component.
This liner is designed for robotic MIG gun applications requiring reliable performance with steel welding wire in the 0.052 to 1/16 inch diameter range. It fits the TWECO R44 and R45 series liner configurations, as well as PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG guns. At 8 feet in length, it covers standard robotic gun cable runs in typical cell installations. It is sold individually and suits both new installations and replacement service in production welding environments.
Compatible with TWECO R44 and R45 series robotic MIG guns, as well as PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG gun models. Designed for use with steel welding wire in the 0.052 to 1/16 inch diameter range.
Conduit liner replacement is performed by a qualified welding technician or robotic cell maintenance professional. Power down the welding system and relieve any wire feed tension before removing the existing liner. Ensure the liner is fully seated at both the feeder end and gun end to prevent wire feed irregularities. Follow the gun manufacturer's installation procedure for proper liner trim length and retention.
