The TWECO 1440-1907 is a conduit liner designed for use in MIG welding gun assemblies. It guides the welding wire from the drive roll through the gun cable to the contact tip, maintaining smooth, consistent wire feed. This liner accommodates wire up to 0.045 inches in diameter and measures 15 feet in length, making it suited for standard bench and production welding setups. It is installed and serviced by welding technicians and fabricators as part of routine torch maintenance to prevent wire feed issues, burnback, and erratic arc performance.
This conduit liner is intended for use with the FUSION Pro MIG welding gun. It is a replacement liner for setups where wire feed quality has degraded due to liner wear, debris buildup, or damage from heat and spatter. At 15 feet, it fits full-length gun assemblies common in light industrial and professional fabrication environments.
Designed for use with the TWECO FUSION Pro MIG welding gun. Fits wire sizes up to 0.045 inches in diameter.
Conduit liner replacement is performed by a qualified welding technician or experienced fabricator. Before servicing, power down the welding machine and disconnect the gun from the wire feeder. Remove the contact tip and nozzle before extracting the old liner, and feed the new liner through from the feeder end to avoid kinking. Trim the liner to the correct length per the gun manufacturer specification before reinstalling the contact tip.
