The TWECO 1420-1141 is a steel wound conduit liner designed for use with steel welding wire in MIG welding applications. It guides the wire from the drive rolls through the gun cable to the contact tip, maintaining consistent wire feed and reducing friction over the full 15-foot length. Rated for use at 180 to 250 amps, it suits mid- to high-amperage MIG welding tasks found in fabrication, manufacturing, and maintenance welding environments. Installation is performed by welding technicians and industrial maintenance personnel as part of routine gun maintenance or liner replacement service.
This liner fits standard MIG gun setups where steel welding wire in the 0.040 to 0.045 inch diameter range is used. It is specifically referenced for use with PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG gun configurations, as well as R44 and R45 series liner applications. The 15-foot length accommodates typical torch cable assemblies used in both semi-automatic and mechanized welding setups in shop and light industrial environments.
Designed for use with PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG guns, and fits R44 and R45 series liner applications. Intended for use with steel welding wire in the 0.040 to 0.045 inch diameter range.
Liner replacement is performed by qualified welding equipment technicians or maintenance personnel. Always disconnect and power down the welding power source before servicing the gun or replacing the liner. Trim the liner to the correct length per the gun manufacturer's instructions before securing the fitting, and ensure the liner seats fully at both the feeder end and the contact tip end to prevent wire feed issues.
