The TWECO 1420-1115 is a steel wound conduit liner designed to guide steel welding wire through MIG gun cables with consistent, low-friction feed. Built for demanding shop and fabrication environments, this liner is rated for welding current from 180 to 250 amps and accommodates wire diameters of 0.030 to 0.035 inches. At 25 feet in length, it fits long-reach MIG gun setups without the need for splicing or extension. Licensed welders and fabrication technicians rely on this liner to maintain stable wire feed and reduce burnback and birdnesting during continuous welds. The steel wound construction resists compression and kinking under heavy use.
This conduit liner is suited for industrial MIG welding applications using solid or flux-core steel wire. It fits into setups where consistent wire delivery is critical, including structural fabrication, production welding, and maintenance work. The liner is identified as part of the R44 and R45 series liner lineup and is also compatible with PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG gun configurations. It is sold as an individual unit and is a direct replacement liner for worn or damaged OEM liners in those gun families.
Designed for use with R44 and R45 series Tweco liners as well as PULSEMASTER and PullMaster MIG guns. Intended for steel welding wire applications.
Conduit liner replacement should be performed by a qualified welder or welding equipment technician. Disconnect and de-energize the welding power source before disassembling the gun cable or removing the existing liner. Feed the new liner carefully from the gun neck end to avoid kinking, then trim to the correct length before securing the front fitting. Consult the gun manufacturer service documentation for liner retention and tip seating procedures specific to the gun model in use.
