The TWECO 1264-1440 is a water-cooled robotic MIG welding nozzle rated for medium to heavy-duty applications up to 600 amps. Machined from tellurium copper alloy bar, the nozzle housing delivers consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation during high-amperage continuous welding cycles. The bore measures 1/2 inch in diameter and features a straight interior profile at the front end to allow thorough sidewall cleaning and reliable shielding gas flow. A G7 silicone spatter shield is included with each unit. The part number is roll-stamped on the outside surface for easy identification in the field. Licensed welding technicians and robotic cell maintenance personnel are the primary installers of this component.
The 1264-1440 is designed for use with robotic and fixed-automation MIG gun setups in the RWC26 series configuration. Its bottle-shaped geometry and threaded mounting interface are matched to the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes. The nozzle is particularly well suited for integration with nozzle cleaning stations commonly built into robotic weld cells, where consistent nozzle geometry and bore cleanliness are critical to process repeatability. Typical deployment is in medium to heavy industrial fabrication environments running sustained high-amperage MIG or GMAW processes.
Designed for use with TWECO RWC26 series water-cooled robotic and fixed-automation MIG guns; threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
Installation is performed by qualified welding technicians or robotic cell maintenance personnel. Shut down the welding power source and depressurize or shut off the water-cooling circuit before removing or installing the nozzle. The nozzle threads onto the conductor tube outer jacket — hand-tighten and verify seating before restoring water flow and power. Follow applicable AWS and facility lockout/tagout procedures during service.
