Product Description

The TWECO 1264-1120 is a water-cooled MIG welding nozzle designed for use with Tweco Standard Water Cooled MIG guns rated up to 600 amperes. Part of the WC26 series, the nozzle features a 5/8 inch bore and measures 2.871 inches in length. The housing is machined from tellurium copper alloy bar stock, providing consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation under sustained high-amperage operation. A G7 silicone spatter shield is included with each nozzle. This component is installed by certified welding technicians and fabricators performing medium to heavy duty MIG welding work.

The 1264-1120 is suited for medium to heavy duty welding applications where continuous or near-continuous arc time at high amperage is required. It is compatible with Tweco Standard or Eliminator consumables, making it a versatile option for shops already running Tweco WC26-series torch configurations. The nozzle threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes. Note that the Spatter Shield WC26-1 (Stock No. 1264-1009) is sold separately and used in conjunction with this nozzle.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician. Before servicing the torch or replacing nozzle components, shut off shielding gas supply and disconnect the welding power source. Ensure the water-cooled conductor tube is fully depressurized and cooled before handling. Thread the nozzle onto the outer jacket assembly by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then snug securely.
