The TWECO 1260-1682 is a coarse-threaded copper MIG welding nozzle designed for use with standard EL gas diffusers on MIG welding guns rated up to 450 amps. The nozzle features a 5/8-inch (0.625-inch) bore, a 3.365-inch length, and a 0.875-inch outer diameter. It uses a 3-piece construction consisting of a nozzle housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a solid brass nozzle insert with machined internal threads, and a G7 silicone nozzle insulator that provides electrical isolation from the gas diffuser. The part number is roll-stamped on the exterior for quick field identification. Sold as a 2-pack.

This nozzle is suited for medium to heavy duty MIG welding applications.
