The TWECO 1260-1666 is a heavy-duty coarse-threaded copper MIG welding nozzle rated for applications up to 200 amps. The nozzle features a 1/2 inch (0.50 inch) bore and a flush contact tip relationship, making it well-suited for shorter electrical stick-out and tighter arc lengths. Its 3-piece construction consists of a nozzle housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass with internal threads machined to match the gas diffuser, and a nozzle insulator constructed from G7 silicone material. Sold as a pack of 2, this nozzle is installed by professional welders and MIG welding technicians in medium and heavy-duty fabrication environments.
This nozzle is designed for use with a standard EL gas diffuser. The flush tip configuration is best suited for applications where a shorter electrical stick-out is used, which can result in shorter and tighter arc lengths by bringing the contact tip closer to the work piece.
