The TWECO 1260-1618 is a brass and copper alloy MIG welding nozzle designed for use with the standard EL-series gas diffuser. Built in a 3-piece configuration, the nozzle combines a housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a solid brass insert machined and crimped in place, and a G7 silicone nozzle insulator. The flush contact tip relationship measures 0.062 inches. Rated for heavy-duty welding applications up to 250 amps, this nozzle protects gun life and weld quality by delivering consistent shielding gas coverage.
