The TWECO 1260-1286 is a heavy-duty slip-on MIG welding nozzle built for the HD26 series torch. It features a 3-piece construction: a nozzle housing cut-formed from red brass alloy 230, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass and crimped in place to slide over the gas diffuser spring, and a G7 silicone nozzle insulator that provides electrical isolation from the gas diffuser. The outer diameter measures 1.117 inches and the bore inner diameter is 0.75 inches. Rated for welding applications up to 600 amperes, this nozzle ships as an individual unit and is air-cooled in operation. Licensed welders and professional fabricators install and service this component.

Installation and replacement of MIG welding nozzles should be performed by a qualified welder or welding equipment technician. Disconnect and de-energize the welding machine and allow the torch to cool completely before handling the nozzle. Slip the nozzle onto the gas diffuser spring with firm, even pressure until fully seated. Inspect the nozzle insulator for cracking or carbon tracking at each service interval and replace if damage is found.
