The TWECO 1250-1440 is a 3-piece MIG welding nozzle designed for the Tweco 25 Series (25CT) gun platform. The nozzle housing is cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing. The insert is machined from solid brass with internal threads matched to the conductor tube. A G7 silicone insulator provides the required electrical isolation. Licensed welders and fabrication shops rely on this nozzle for consistent shielding gas coverage in demanding weld environments.
