The TWECO 1240-1341 is a water-cooled robotic MIG welding nozzle rated for medium to heavy-duty applications up to 400 amps. Machined from tellurium copper alloy bar stock, the nozzle housing provides consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation under sustained high-amperage cycles. The straight inner-diameter bore at the front end allows thorough sidewall cleaning to maintain reliable shielding gas flow. Each nozzle ships with a G7 silicone spatter shield. The part number is roll-stamped on the outside surface for fast identification during changeovers. This nozzle is installed by robotic welding integrators and maintenance technicians servicing automated MIG weld cells.
The 1240-1341 is designed for robotic and fixed-automation MIG guns, specifically the RCW24 water-cooled conductor tube platform. The bottle-shaped geometry and straight I.D. bore make it well-suited for use with nozzle cleaning stations commonly integrated into robotic weld cells. Typical installations include medium to heavy-duty production welding environments where continuous or high-duty-cycle operation demands effective thermal management and consistent gas coverage.
Designed for use with robotic and fixed-automation MIG guns. Threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes, patterned specifically for the RCW24 platform. Suitable for integration with robotic weld cell nozzle cleaning stations.
Installation is performed by robotic welding technicians or automation maintenance personnel. Before servicing or replacing the nozzle, shut down the welding power source and depressurize or isolate the water-cooling circuit following the equipment manufacturer's lockout/tagout procedure. Thread the nozzle onto the conductor tube outer jacket by hand until snug, taking care not to cross-thread. Confirm the spatter shield is seated properly before returning the system to operation.
