The TWECO 1240-1312 is a 3-piece REL24 robotic MIG welding nozzle rated for up to 600 amps. It is engineered for use with robotic and fixed-automation MIG guns where consistent gas coverage and repeatable front-end geometry are critical. The nozzle housing is machined from tellurium copper alloy bar for effective heat dissipation. The insert is machined from solid brass with internal threads matched to the gas diffuser. A G7 silicone insulator provides electrical isolation from the gas diffuser without requiring an additional insulator.
