The TWECO 1240-1231 is a Short Stop heavy duty MIG welding nozzle rated for use in applications up to 450 amps. Built from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, the nozzle housing is cut and formed for consistent performance under sustained heat. The bore measures 3/4 inches with an outer diameter of 0.97 inches and an overall length of 3.48 inches. The nozzle-to-contact-tip recess relationship is 0.125 to 0.156 inches. Sold as a 2-pack, this nozzle is designed for standard gas diffusers and slides over the standard nozzle insulator.
