The TWECO 1240-1121 is a Short Stop copper MIG welding nozzle designed for use with Tweco No. 4 MIG guns rated up to 450 amps. Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, this nozzle measures 3.48 inches in length with a 5/8-inch (0.625-inch) bore and a 0.875-inch outer diameter. The recessed contact tip relationship of 0.125 to 0.156 inches makes it well suited for higher heat applications that require longer electrical stick-out or situations where the nozzle may contact the work piece. The part number is rolled and stamped on the outer surface for quick field identification. Sold in packs of 2.

This nozzle is rated for medium to heavy duty MIG welding applications up to 450 amps. It slides over the standard nozzle insulator and is engineered for use with standard gas diffusers on Tweco No. 4 MIG gun platforms.
