The TWECO 1240-1101 is a Short Stop copper MIG welding nozzle designed for use with Tweco No. 4 MIG guns rated up to 450 amps. Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, it measures 3.48 inches in length with a 3/8-inch (0.375-inch) bore and a 3/4-inch outer diameter. The contact tip relationship is recessed at 0.125 to 0.156 inches, making it suited for higher heat applications where longer electrical stick-out is needed or where the nozzle may contact the work piece. The part number is roll-stamped on the outer surface for fast field identification. This nozzle is sold as a 2-piece pack and fits over the standard nozzle insulator.
