The TWECO 1230-1230 is a 23 Series self-insulated MIG welding nozzle designed for use with standard gas diffusers on heavy-duty welding applications rated up to 450 amps. The nozzle threads directly onto the conductor tube assembly, eliminating the need for a separate insulator. It features a 3/4 inch bore and a 9/16 inch-18 UNC-2B thread size, making it suitable for applications that require longer electrical stick-out or where the nozzle may contact the workpiece. Installation Notes
