The TWECO 1230-1017 is a Weldskill 23 Series MIG welding nozzle built for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 450 amps. The nozzle measures 3.219 inches in length with a 0.062 inch bore and 0.875 inch outer diameter. It uses a 9/16 inch-18 UNC-2B thread to mount directly onto the conductor tube assembly. Construction follows a 3-piece design: a nozzle housing cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator made from silicone. The part number is roll-stamped on the outer surface for fast field identification. Sold as a 2-pack.
