The nozzle uses a 3-piece construction: a housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, an insert machined from solid brass, and an insulator made from G7 silicone material. The part number is rolled and stamped on the outer surface for fast identification in the field. This nozzle is installed by welding technicians working in high-amperage MIG applications.
