The TWECO 1220-1111 is a Short Stop copper MIG welding nozzle designed for use with Tweco No. 2 MIG guns rated up to 250 amps. It features a 1/2 inch bore and measures 3.03 inches in length with a 3/4 inch outer diameter. The nozzle is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a material well suited for higher heat applications that require longer electrical stick-out or situations where the nozzle may contact the work piece. The part number is roll-stamped on the outer surface for fast identification during production or maintenance. Sold in a pack of 2.

This nozzle is intended for light to medium duty MIG welding applications drawing up to 250 amps. It slides over a standard nozzle insulator and is adjustable, allowing the operator to dial in the preferred contact tip-to-nozzle relationship. The recessed contact tip relationship of 0.125 to 0.156 inches makes this nozzle a practical choice for tack, spot, and stitch welding passes, as well as any weld sequence where the nozzle may brush the base metal.
