The TWECO 1210-1341 is a slip-on MIG welding nozzle designed for light to medium duty applications rated up to 180 amperes. Part of the Weldskill 21 Series, it features a 3-piece construction with a nozzle housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a solid brass nozzle insert with machined internal threads, and a G7 silicone nozzle insulator. The silicone insulator provides electrical isolation from the gas diffuser without requiring a separate add-on insulator. With a 0.5 inch bore and tip recess ranging from 0.125 inches to 0.156 inches, it delivers consistent shielding gas coverage across a range of wire diameters.

This nozzle is suited for air-cooled MIG welding setups used in fabrication, maintenance, and general shop welding. The slip-on design allows for fast nozzle changes in production environments.
