Product Description

The TWECO 1160-1755 is an aluminum MIG contact tip designed for the Velocity2a consumable system. It feeds welding wire at 3/64 inch and transfers welding current to the wire at the point of arc initiation. The tip is engineered with a single set of threads rather than the two or three thread sets common in standard MIG consumables. Mating threads combine brass and stainless steel to reduce seizing and cross-threading. The result is a contact tip that installs without tools and maintains a consistent, reliable electrical contact throughout the weld cycle. Installation Notes
