The TWECO 1160-1137 is a 16 Series heavy-duty tapered contact tip designed for MIG welding applications up to 600 amps. It accommodates 0.045-inch wire with a 0.054-inch nominal bore and measures 1.5 inches in length. The tip is machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, delivering a consistent, smooth inside diameter held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The M8 x 1.25-6g thread style ensures secure, consistent contact with the gas diffuser. Each tip is clearly marked with part number and wire diameter for fast field identification. Installation Notes

When the active wear point is reached, twist a quarter turn clockwise to expose a fresh wear surface rather than replacing the tip immediately.
