The TWECO 1160-1128 is a 16 Series Standard Heavy Duty Flux-Cored Contact Tip designed for high-amperage MIG welding applications. Built for continuous use up to 600 amps, this tip accommodates 1/8-inch wire and is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing to deliver a consistent, smooth inside diameter with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The nominal inside diameter is 0.082 inches with an outside diameter of 0.375 inches. Thread size is M8 x 1.25-6g.
