The TWECO 1160-1113 is a 16 Series standard aluminum MIG contact tip designed for heavy-duty welding applications up to 600 amps. Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, it delivers a consistent, smooth inside diameter with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The tip measures 1.5 inches in length with a nominal inside diameter of 0.059 inches, an outside diameter of 0.375 inches, and an M8 x 1.25-6g thread size. It accommodates 3/64-inch wire and is sold in packs of 25. Licensed welding professionals and MIG gun technicians rely on this tip for sustained arc stability in high-amperage environments.
