The TWECO 1160-1109 is a 16 Series Standard Heavy Duty MIG contact tip rated for welding applications up to 600 amps. Designed for use with 350-600A Tweco Spray Master and Tweco No. 6 MIG guns, this tip accommodates 5/64 inch (0.078 inch) wire with a 0.09 inch nominal bore ID and 0.375 inch OD. It measures 1.5 inches in length and threads in with an M8 x 1.25-6g thread. The tip is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, which provides a consistent, smooth inside diameter surface held to a +/- 0.003 inch tolerance. Sold in packs of 25.
