The TWECO 1160-1105 is a 16 Series Standard Heavy Duty contact tip designed for MIG welding applications up to 600 amps. Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, this tip accommodates 0.052-inch wire with a 0.064-inch nominal bore ID and 0.375-inch OD. The 1.5-inch length uses an M8 x 1.25-6g thread size and features a thick-walled design that acts as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the arc source. The inside diameter is held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches for consistent wire feed and reliable arc performance.
