The TWECO 1150-1205 is a 15 Series Heavy Duty MIG contact tip rated for use in welding applications up to 500 amps. Designed for 0.052 inch wire, it features a 0.064 inch nominal bore ID and a 0.345 inch OD, with inside diameter tolerance held to plus or minus 0.003 inches. The tip measures 1.97 inches in length and threads on using a 5/16 inch-18 UNC-2A thread. Machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, it delivers consistent bore surface quality and strong electrical conductivity. Licensed welding professionals and MIG gun technicians install this tip as a standard consumable replacement. Sold in packs of 25.
