The TWECO 1150-1202 is a 15 Series Heavy Duty MIG contact tip designed for 0.035 inch wire with a 0.044 inch nominal bore and 1.97 inch overall length. Machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, it delivers a consistent, smooth inside diameter held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The thick-walled design acts as a heat sink, conducting heat away from the arc source for extended service life in demanding applications up to 500 amps. The tip carries a 5/16 inch-18 UNC-2A thread and a 0.345 inch OD. Licensed welding professionals and MIG gun technicians install this tip as a consumable replacement in high-amperage production and fabrication environments. Sold in a pack of 25.

This contact tip is intended for heavy-duty MIG welding applications rated up to 500 amps.
