The Tweco 1140-1430 contact tip is a size 14 MIG welding tip machined from chrome zirconium 1815 alloy for 0.035 inch wire. It has a nominal 0.041 inch bore with +/-0.003 inch tolerance, a 1.47 inch tip length, and 1/4-28 UNF-2A threading for secure contact with a gas diffuser. The tip is specified for 200-400 A and is supplied in packs of 25.
