The TWECO 1140-1300 is a 14 Series Standard Duty Tapered Contact Tip designed for MIG welding applications up to 400 amps. It accommodates 0.023 inch wire with a 0.031 inch nominal bore ID and measures 1.5 inches in length. The tip is machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, delivering a consistent, smooth inside diameter held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. Its thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink, conducting heat away from the arc source. Each tip is stamped with the part number and wire diameter for quick field identification. Sold in a pack of 25.
