The TWECO 1140-1113 is a 14 Series Standard Duty MIG contact tip designed for wire feeders running 3/64 inch diameter wire. It measures 1.5 inches in length with a 0.090 inch nominal bore and a 1/4 inch-28 UNF-2A threaded shank. Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, the bore holds a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches for consistent wire feed and arc transfer. The thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the arc source. Sold in packs of 25, this tip is suited for professional MIG welding applications rated up to 400 amps.

This contact tip is rated for standard welding applications up to 400 amps and is compatible with Tweco No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 MIG guns in the 200 to 400 amp range. The threaded style seats firmly against a gas diffuser when installed, and the tip works with both slip-on and thread-on nozzle styles. Installation Notes
