Machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, the bore holds a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches for consistent wire feed and arc transfer. The thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the arc source. Sold in packs of 25, this tip is suited for professional MIG welding applications rated up to 400 amps.
