This manufacturing method produces a consistent, smooth inside diameter surface held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The tip features a threaded style with a 1/4-inch-28 UNF-2A thread and a 1/4-inch OD, ensuring positive contact with a gas diffuser when installed.
