The TWECO 1140-1105 is a 14 Series standard-duty MIG contact tip designed for 0.052-inch wire with a 0.064-inch nominal bore diameter. At 1.5 inches in length, this tip is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy using extruded or gun-drilled tubing to deliver a consistent, smooth inside diameter held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the arc source. Rated for use up to 400 amps, it carries a 1/4-inch-28 UNF-2A thread profile and a 1/4-inch OD. Each tip is marked with part number and wire diameter for fast identification on the job. Sold in packs of 25.
