The TWECO 1110-1304 is a standard-duty tapered MIG contact tip designed for 0.045-inch diameter welding wire. It measures 1 inch in length with a 0.054-inch nominal inside diameter bore and a 1/4-inch outside diameter. Machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, the tip delivers consistent bore geometry held to a +/-0.003-inch inside diameter tolerance. The M6 x 1.0-6g thread connects the tip to the gas diffuser. Rated for standard welding applications up to 200 amps, this tip is sold in packs of 25 and is marked with part number and wire diameter for quick field identification.

This contact tip is rated for use with 160-250 amp MIG welding setups and is designed for the Tweco No. 11 Series, Tweco Spray Master guns, Tweco Mini MIG guns, and Tweco No. 1 MIG guns. Installation Notes
