The TWECO 1110-1300 is a standard-duty tapered MIG contact tip designed for 0.023-inch wire with a 0.031-inch nominal bore and a 1-inch length. It is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, which produces a consistent, smooth inside diameter held to a +/-0.003-inch tolerance. The M6 x 1.0-6g threaded body ensures a secure, positive connection to the gas diffuser. Rated for welding applications up to 200 amps, this tip is suited for TWECO Spray Master, Mini MIG, and No. 1 MIG gun platforms.
