The TWECO 1110-1104 is a standard-duty MIG contact tip designed for 0.045 inch solid or flux-core wire. It features a 0.054 inch nominal bore ID, a 1 inch body length, and an M6 x 1.0-6g thread size with a 1/4 inch OD. The tip is machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, which provides a consistent, smooth inside diameter surface held to a +/- 0.003 inch tolerance. Thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink to draw heat away from the arc source, extending service life. Sold in packs of 25, this tip is suited for welding applications up to 200 amps.

This contact tip is designed for use with the 200 amp Tweco No. 1 MIG gun and compatible MIG gun series. It fits both slip-on and thread-on nozzle styles.
