The TWECO 1110-1101 is a standard duty MIG contact tip designed for 0.030 inch wire diameter with a 0.038 inch nominal bore. It measures 1 inch in length and is machined from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, delivering consistent inside diameter surface finish held to plus or minus 0.003 inch tolerance. The tip uses an M6 x 1.0-6g thread size and features a thick-walled design that acts as a heat sink, conducting heat away from the arc. Licensed welders and MIG gun technicians install this tip as a consumable replacement in standard welding operations rated up to 200 amps. Sold in packs of 25.

This contact tip is suited for standard MIG welding applications up to 200 amps. It is designed for use with the Tweco No. 1 MIG gun and compatible 200 A MIG gun series. The tip accepts slip-on or thread-on nozzle styles and works with a threaded gas diffuser. When the wear point is reached, the tip can be twisted a quarter turn clockwise to expose a new wear point, effectively doubling the service life of each tip.
