The TWECO 1040-1861 is a 450-amp VELOCITY2 Spray Master MIG gun built for heavy-duty continuous welding applications. It accepts VELOCITY2 Medium and Heavy Duty consumables and ships in a 25-foot cable assembly. The conductor tube is fully rotatable and constructed with four layers including an outer high-temperature silicone sleeve that reduces the effect of radiant heat on the gun body. Licensed welding professionals and fabrication shops working in high-amperage spray transfer processes will find this gun suited to extended production cycles where operator fatigue and thermal management are primary concerns.
