The TWECO 1040-1137 is a Professional No. 4 Classic Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 400 amps with a 15-foot lead cable and Miller-style rear connection. Designed for semi-automatic MIG welding, it accommodates wire sizes from 0.045 inches to 1/16 inches and delivers a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 gas. The conductor tube is mounted at 60 degrees, features a three-layer construction of copper tube, silicon-resin glass insulator, and metal jacket, and swivels a full 360 degrees around the handle. A fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection allows fast hookup and disconnection at the wire feeder.
