The TWECO 1040-1102 is a Professional No. 4 Classic Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 400 amps with a 12-foot lead cable designed for semi-automatic MIG welding in medium to heavy-duty fabrication environments. It accommodates wire diameters from 0.035 to 0.045 inches and delivers a 60 percent duty cycle when used with CO2 shielding gas. The oval-shaped handle is balanced to pivot at its center, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. A silver-plated trigger provides a self-cleaning contact action each time it is engaged. Licensed welders and industrial fabricators are the primary installers and operators of this gun.
