The TWECO 1031-1633 is a 350-amp flux-cored MIG gun designed for gasless wire welding applications. Built for demanding industrial environments, it features a one-piece impact-resistant handle that allows the trigger to be positioned at the top or bottom depending on the welder's preference. A metal paddle-style trigger lever and micro-switch design provide reliable start/stop wire feed control. Spare trigger leads are stored inside the cable housing, and the power cable is rated for abrasion and heat resistance. The gun ships as a single unit and weighs 12.16 pounds.
The SEFC 350 is suited for professional welding in shipyards, offshore facilities, steel fabrication shops, repair and maintenance operations, and automotive and general industrial fabrication. The gasless design eliminates the need for shielding gas, making it practical for outdoor or field welding conditions. The replaceable conduit and interchangeable heavy-duty front-end consumables reduce downtime and simplify servicing in production environments. It is rated at 60 percent duty cycle when used with CO2 gas.
Designed for use with all gasless flux-cored wires in the 0.030 to 0.035 inch diameter range. Front-end consumables are interchangeable with other leading flux-cored MIG guns.
Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified welding technician or trained operator. Disconnect and de-energize the welding power source before inspecting or replacing the conduit, trigger leads, or front-end consumables. Follow the equipment manufacturer's connection procedure for the gun cable and trigger lead wiring. Consult ANSI Z49.1 and applicable shop safety standards before placing the gun in service.
