The TWECO 1030-1130 is a 300-amp, air-cooled MIG gun built for medium- to heavy-duty fabrication work. It accepts wire sizes from 0.035 to 0.045 inches and delivers a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 shielding gas. The 10-foot power cable features a Miller-style rear connection and is engineered for consistent wire feedability. The conductor tube is metal-jacketed with a three-layer construction -- copper tube, silicon-resin glass insulator, and metal jacket -- providing a reliable current path from handle to contact tip. Licensed welders and fabricators in production shops, maintenance facilities, and industrial environments install and operate this gun.
This MIG gun is suited for medium- to heavy-duty fabrication across a range of settings including production shops, maintenance and repair operations, farm and garage environments, and general metalworking. The 60-degree conductor tube swivels 360 degrees around the handle and can be removed and replaced without pulling the conduit. The fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection allows the gun to connect or disconnect directly at the wire feeder. Front-end consumables are interchangeable with the Tweco Spray Master series and Tweco Professional No. Series, which helps reduce replacement part inventory.

Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified welding professional familiar with MIG welding equipment. Disconnect and de-energize the wire feeder before connecting or servicing the gun at the rear fitting. Inspect the Cablehoz and conductor tube seating after any field repair to confirm secure mechanical and electrical connection before resuming operation. Follow applicable workplace safety standards and equipment manufacturer guidelines when setting shielding gas flow and wire feed parameters.
