The TWECO 1023-1276 is an air-cooled MIG welding gun rated at 250 amps with a 60% duty cycle, designed for GMAW, FCAW, and aluminum GMAW applications. Built under the VELOCITY2a Spray Master V250 platform, it ships with VELOCITY2 front-end consumables pre-assembled. The 12-foot cable length provides reach for light to medium-duty fabrication environments. Gas-ported VELOCITY2 contact tips are engineered to run cooler and last longer than conventional tips, and a threadless tip design eliminates the need for tools during consumable changes. This gun accepts a standard Tweco Style Connector for straightforward wire feeder hookup.

This MIG gun targets light to medium-duty fabrication shops where GMAW and FCAW processes are run on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum wire in the 0.035 to 0.045 inch diameter range.
