The TWECO 1023-1118 is a 250-amp air-cooled MIG gun from the Spray Master Series, built for spray transfer and pulse welding applications. It accepts wire diameters from 0.035 to 0.045 inches and comes with a 25-foot cable. The gun features a rear Miller-compatible Mig-Kwik connection that allows fast connect and disconnect at the wire feeder without removing the conduit. A standard 60-degree conductor tube swivels 360 degrees around the handle and can be removed and replaced quickly in the field. Rated at 80% duty cycle with argon/CO2 mixed gases, it delivers consistent performance under sustained welding loads.
