The TWECO 1020-1623 is a professional-grade, air-cooled MIG gun rated at 200 amps and designed for semi-automatic welding in medium fabrication environments. Part of the Tweco No. 2 Series, it accepts wire diameters from 0.040 to 0.045 inches and ships with a 15-foot lead cable that supports consistent wire feedability. The gun operates at a 60 percent duty cycle with CO2 shielding gas. A 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube with full 360-degree swivel around the handle gives welders flexible positioning without re-rigging the cable. The rear connection uses a Euro-Kwik style fitting, and the front uses a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connector for fast hookup and removal at the wire feeder.

This gun suits a wide range of applications including shop fabrication, maintenance and repair, production welding, farm and garage work, and artistic metalworking.
