Product Description

The TWECO 1020-1131 is a Professional No. 2 Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 200 amps with a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas. It accommodates wire sizes from 0.040 to 0.045 inches and ships with a 10-foot lead cable featuring a Miller-style rear connection. The oval-shaped handle is balanced to pivot at its center, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. A 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube with full 360-degree swivel capability and a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection at the wire feeder allow fast front-end changes and quick connect or disconnect at the feeder. Licensed HVAC, welding, and fabrication professionals install this gun in semi-automatic MIG welding setups.

The 1020-1131 is suited for medium fabrication, maintenance and repair, farm and shop environments, and light production work. The 10-foot cable provides good wire feedability without excessive weight.
