The TWECO 1020-1115 is a Professional No. 2 Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 200 amps with a 25-foot lead cable, designed for semi-automatic welding in medium fabrication environments. It accepts wire diameters from 0.030 to 0.035 inches and operates at a 60% duty cycle with CO2 gas. The oval-shaped, crush-resistant handle is balanced to pivot at its center, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. A 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube swivels a full 360 degrees around the handle for repositioning without disconnecting. The silver-plated trigger contacts feature a self-cleaning action each time the trigger is engaged or disengaged. Licensed welding professionals and skilled fabricators are the primary installers and operators of this gun.

This MIG gun is suited for a wide range of applications including shop fabrication, maintenance and repair, farm work, garage use, and light production welding. The 25-foot Tweco-style rear connection cable provides good wire feedability and connects to compatible wire feeders via a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection for quick attachment and removal at the feeder. A steel spring strain relief supports the Cablehoz exiting the rear of the handle to reduce wire feed issues. Two ball-point screws secure the Cablehoz and conductor tube in place. A gun hanger at the bottom of the handle allows easy resting when the gun is not in use.
