The TWECO 1010-1133 is a Professional No. 1 Classic Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 180 amps with a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas. Designed for semi-automatic MIG welding, it accepts wire diameters from 0.030 to 0.035 inches and ships with a 12-foot lead cable featuring a Miller-style rear connection. The oval-shaped handle is built from high-impact, crush-resistant plastic and is balanced to pivot at the center, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. A 60-degree neoprene-insulated quick-change conductor tube rotates a full 360 degrees around the handle for versatile positioning. The trigger uses silver-plated contacts that self-clean every time it is engaged or disengaged.
This gun is suited for light-duty to industrial fabrication work including farm and garage welding, job shops, artistic metalworking, maintenance and repair, and production environments. The 12-foot cable delivers consistent wire feedability, and the fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection allows fast hookup and disconnection at the wire feeder. A steel spring strain relief at the rear of the handle supports the Cablehoz and minimizes wire feed issues. A gun hanger at the bottom of the handle provides a convenient resting point between passes. The split-half handle case allows field repair access without additional connectors.
Designed for use with Miller-style wire feeders. Front-end consumables are interchangeable with the Tweco Spray Master series and Tweco Professional No. Series guns. An adapter plug is required for connection.
Installation and service should be performed by a qualified welding technician or electrician familiar with ANSI and AWS safety standards. Power down and de-energize the wire feeder and welding power source before connecting or disconnecting the gun. Confirm the rear connection style matches the wire feeder before installation, as an adapter plug may be required for Miller-style ports. Inspect the conductor tube, Cablehoz, and cable liner for wear before returning the gun to service.
