It accommodates wire diameters from 0.030 to 0.035 inches and delivers a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 shielding gas. The air-cooled gun features a three-layer conductor tube construction — copper tube, silicon-resin glass insulator, and metal jacket — for reliable current transfer and durability. A Tweco-style rear connection and fully insulated Mig-Kwik connector allow fast hookup and disconnection at the wire feeder.
